Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer made clear Tuesday, in her interview with CNN, that she’s not worried about a potential legal challenge from any of the Obama administration over her state’s controversial immigration law.
“We’ll meet you in court,” Brewer told CNN when asked how she would respond if President Obama’s Department of Justice decided to go up against the law and challenge her. She seems kind of feisty, or maybe it’s just her confidence? Should this decision be left up to the states or should it become a federal issue? I look forward to seeing both sides of the spectrum making their cases.
